Welcome to PESSAGE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PESSAGE web application and all related services (collectively, the "Service") available at pessage.run.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. For significant changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. The Service
PESSAGE provides the following features:
- Editorial content (articles, stories, essays)
- Running route curation and GPX information
- Race calendar and event listings
- Running gear curation and reviews
- Recovery Ritual features powered by Strava integration
- Wearable device integrations (Garmin, COROS, Suunto)
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
AI-generated content within the Recovery Ritual feature is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or replace professional consultation.
5. Accounts & Eligibility
Eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service.
- You must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service.
Account Security
Your account security is managed through your chosen social login provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please notify us at hello@pessage.run.

6. User Conduct

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All Content available through the Service is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Sharing links to PESSAGE content on social media, with proper attribution, is permitted without separate approval.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Strava, Google, Kakao, Naver, Garmin, COROS, and Suunto. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of any third-party service.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Content on the Service is for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this content.
- We are not liable for errors or outages in third-party integrated services.
- AI-generated recovery content is not medical advice.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, without prior notice. If you believe a suspension was made in error, contact us at hello@pessage.run. We will respond within 10 business days.
You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access through your Google, Kakao, or Naver account settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
